Opened in 2019, Agave Mexican Grill is the fifth addition to the Morales Family of Restaurants—and the go-to spot in downtown Lincoln for fresh, fast, and flavorful Mexican eats. Designed in a fast-casual style, Agave serves up huge burritos, customizable burrito bowls, tacos, nachos, salads, and our crowd-favorite quesadillas—all made to order, just the way you like them.
